We were after switch controllers and the member of staff was very helpful and talkative. He explained the options and the financial pitfalls of certain options that involved getting other components to make wireless controllers operate. I very much like the buy sell philosophy and the 2 year guarantees given with electrical equipment. Phones, tablets, laptops and associated peripherals. Of course, then there are all the games etc. Would recommend this branch and has 4 hour parking just outside and past the bus station 🚉.

Dropped off brand new phone yesterday. Store assistant processed the order and said I would receive payment confirmation and would be paid today. No confirmation received. Had to go in store to get a response. Only to be told it needs to be tested, even though it's been a day, still not tested yet. Was assured I would be paid today only for them to say it will be Monday now? Misleading and waste of time. I was better off sticking to Dudley store. Will not use merry hill again.

My boyfriend went in to sell some games that are rated 18 and 16. He’s 23 and had been asked for ID if he had an account. Which can actually be verified by postcode which members of my family have done countless times. They then refused him service when he had asked to see the policy that he needed ID. Staff had refused to given names and have actually banned him from the store. Terrible service and only ID when they feel like it!

Good place, I bought an Xbox,had to wait for them to clear it all off accounts.i shouldn't have to wait this should be ready to buy put in bag pay n go Took me twenty five mins in a qué to be served.to wait another 15 for it to be wiped not good..I spent over £150.

Terrible waiting service. Be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes to be seen by a member of staff who completely ignore the huge line of customers!!! I would have believed customers come first but this isnt the case at this store.. cleaning remotes and putting away cd's is more important than sales. Last time I visited I walked out, and today also walked out without spending the £700 i planned too. Very disappointed.

I was trying to look for 2 used iPhone 14 pro max for me and my girlfriend and couldn't find them. There was a married couple on the counter trying to download some app or going on a website on their phone literally doing nothing else nor talking to the member of staff, which made me wait for 10 minutes for no reason. I kindly tried to say "excuse me" and ask a simple quick question if they had what I was looking for, however the semi long haired staff guy immediately said "there's a queue" without even turning his head. Afterwards I found the iPhones but the rude and horrible attitude of staff made me want to leave the shop. Couple were still at the queue looking at their phone after 15-20 minutes. His racist looks while I was talking to my friends in my native language is a bonus as well.
